Refund Policy

We process refunds only after a successful return of the defective item and thorough inspection by our quality control team.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we inspect it within 3 working days.

  • If the defect is verified, we process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Note:

  • If the product is found to be in perfect condition, no refund will be processed.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return was due to a product defect or error from our side.

⚠️ Due to strict hygiene guidelines for baby products, returned products cannot be resold, hence our strict verification process.
