Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any other reason, as our products are baby care items and fall under personal hygiene. 

📏 Size & Exchange Policy

• All products are dispatched strictly according to the size selected by the customer at the time of placing the order.

• We ensure accurate size fulfillment for every order.

• We do not offer any exchange policy on our website, including size exchanges.

🕒 To be eligible for a return (only in case of defect/damage):

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Proof of defect (clear photo/video) must be shared via email at
  Sales@hopperbaby.in

A clear, continuous unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery is mandatory.
Without this video, return requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Size Return Policy

3. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for size-related issues, including if the size does not fit or was selected incorrectly while ordering.
   
   
4. We do not offer size exchanges on our website under any circumstances.

We strongly recommend checking the product details and size information carefully before placing an order. If you need help with sizing prior to purchase, our support team is always happy to assist.

⚠️ The unboxing video must be continuous, without cuts or edits, and should clearly show the outer packaging, inner packaging, and product condition.

❌ Important Notes:

• Any defect return request raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

• Requests made for size issues, personal preference, or non-defective reasons will not be accepted.

• Exchange requests are not applicable.
