Hopper Baby Return Policy:
At Hopper Baby, your child’s safety and hygiene are our top priority.
✅ We only accept returns for defective or damaged products.
🚫 For all other products, we do not accept returns, as these are baby care items and fall under personal hygiene. Allowing returns on such products poses health and safety concerns for other children.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Proof of defect (photo/video) must be shared via email at
Sales@hopperbaby.in. -
A clear video of the parcel being opened at the time of delivery is mandatory. Without this video, return requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
⚠️ Please ensure the unboxing video is continuous, without any cuts or edits, and clearly shows the product condition and packaging.
Any return request made after 48 hours or for non-defective reasons will not be accepted due to hygiene and safety regulations.
