Unboxing Video Policy

UNBOXING VIDEO POLICY 

To ensure fair resolution of any delivery-related issues and to prevent fraudulent claims, Hopper Baby has a strict Unboxing Video Policy applicable to all orders.

  1. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
    All customers are required to record a clear and continuous unboxing (open parcel) video at the time of delivery.

  2. VIDEO REQUIREMENTS
    The unboxing video must:

  • Start before the parcel is opened

  • Clearly show the sealed package from all sides

  • Display the shipping label and order details

  • Capture the complete opening process without any cuts, pauses, or edits

  • Show all items received inside the parcel clearly

  1. CLAIM ELIGIBILITY
    Any claims related to the following will only be accepted if a valid unboxing video is provided:

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect items

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Empty parcel

  • Tampered or opened parcel

  • Quantity mismatch

  1. INVALID EVIDENCE
    The following will NOT be accepted as valid proof:

  • Order screenshots

  • Payment screenshots

  • Delivery confirmation screenshots

  • Images without video proof

  • Edited, cut, or unclear videos

  • Videos recorded after the parcel has already been opened

  1. FAILURE TO COMPLY
    If a customer fails to provide a valid unboxing video as per the above requirements, Hopper Baby reserves the right to reject the claim without any refund, replacement, or compensation.

  2. POLICY ACCEPTANCE
    By placing an order with Hopper Baby, you acknowledge and agree to this Unboxing Video Policy and accept that it is a mandatory requirement for any delivery-related claims.

  3. FRAUD PREVENTION
    Any attempt to misuse this policy, submit false claims, or provide misleading information may result in order cancellation, account restriction, or legal action where applicable.
